Baseball
Our baseball program is a Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth nationally chartered organization.
What it is:
Cal Ripken Baseball is a division of Babe Ruth League, focusing on youth baseball for players aged 4-12. The "Districts" are the local or regional tournaments that teams participate in at the end of the regular season.
Tournament Trail:
The Cal Ripken program has a tournament trail that starts with District competition, progressing to State, Regional, and eventually the Cal Ripken World Series.
Age Groups:
Cal Ripken Baseball typically includes teams in the following age groups: 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, and 12U. Babe Ruth is 13U-18U.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a Districts team, a child must register for Districts with NEP and participate in a certain percentage of the in house regular season events, including playoffs.
